[Monotone-devel] nvm.netsync.refactor

Hi Timothy,

I'm trying to compile nvm.netsync.refactor. Can it be that you forgot to 
'mtn add netsync.hh'? It's referenced from cmd_netsync.cc and 
netsync.cc. From a quick glance at the code, it looks like class 
netsync_service should be defined there, among other things.
