Hi all,

  I now have a somewhat working version of the ikiwiki plugin.  The  
patch needed to make it work is sitting off an ikiwiki bug report:

Recent changes now work.  It does not support rcsnotify() or  
rcsgetctime() yet.  Moreover, while there is support for simultaneous  
commits (e.g. conflicts), it is untested and if it happens to work  
would leave the repository in an unmerged state.
