[Monotone-devel] Files in contrib/ missing from 0.31 tarball

The following files are checked into version control but missing from
the monotone 0.31 tarball:

        ChangeLog.sh
        asciik.py
        dtrace2calltree.py
        edit_comment_from_changelog.lua
        get_passphrase_from_file.lua
        monotone-notify-hookversion.lua
        mtn_cheat_sheet.svg
        op2calltree.py
        parse-accounting.pl
        perf-test.sh

They should either be added to Makefile.am (EXTRA_DIST), or
alternatively $(wildcard $(srcdir)/contrib/*) should replace the
explicit list of contrib files.

I noticed this because the monotone-server package requires the file
get_passphrase_from_file.lua, which is missing.
