Apparently not, it should go into 0.11, but I'm not really following the 
 trac development, so I wouldn't take anything on my word =)
Anyways, I updated the description on the startpage so it tells the 
interested user that its 0.10dev + the vc-refactoring branch of trac.

The above mentioned URL does not work, branches can, to my knowledge, 
currently only be selected through revisions like this:

http://tracmtn.thomaskeller.biz/trac/browser/?rev=h:branch.name

This is a bit tricky and not yet 100% consistent, because if you f.e. 
currently select a branch and press update in the Code Browser view, not 
the branch is afterwards selected, but the head revision of that branch 
is displayed.
