I was going to do a re-install of my workstation tomorrow anyway.
I'll backup my databases, wipe the system, and install 64bit and 32bit
environments and do some testing.

I experienced this problem when I first started using Monotone, which
I think was 0.18 at the time.  You may have already fixed the bug.
