Server runs with Monotone 0.18, please try download with 0.18, it works.

Yes, we have also trouble, but repeat the pull works.
If you don't need "stable", can you get "org.colinux.stable" only?
If you have a database, can continue with monotone 0.19.
I dayli pull with 0.19 EXE on WinXP from colinux server.
