I agree in principle, but...

"merging" information from all change_set's doesn't make a lot of
sense, even in theory. Why not just, if there is no parent, print
"Initial revision", if there is one parent print "Files changed: ...",
and if there are more parents print "Files changed from <parent1>:
..., Files changed from <parent2>: ..."?
