You can use my current tree at

Changes:
CVS import does actually take into record when files are added and 
deleted. So this version IIRC fixes bug #5814 "handle attic files 
properly on CVS import" and #6519 "make multiple CVS imports idempotent, 
for "tracking" a CVS repository".

Open issues are the insertion of an ancestry graph towards the 
nonexistant empty manifest (da39a3ee5e6b4b0d3255bfef95601890afd80709) 
and the insertion of an ancestry towards the empty newly created cvsroot 
environment (prior importing).

Also the code I chose for the initial cvs_file_edge needs review by 
graydon. (Perhaps move it into the class cvs_history).

I also tested import of binary files a bit and found no issues left 
(#5813 	handle binary files on CVS import correctly).

IIRC branches of 1.1 are not imported at all. This causes to lose the 
initial checkin message on 1.1.1.1 and the branch part of files which 
are added on a side branch 1.1.0.2.

I'm off for different distractions (unreliable hardware RAID on our 
server) for now

PS: I will take a look at address@hidden's fixes and most likely 
authorize them. Then we'll nicely see how well monotone handles real 
distributed parralel development.
