I was able to write to it. All works well ... Please disregard the head
81e8e9daf5732466a85ea85167be3749ba3bf465. I put in a disapprove cert but 
it still shows up in monotone heads.

Perhaps heads should display some more information (date, author)?

So f0b1df24c89ae1066eec128c4a19296b34968b91 disregards Attic/ and reads 
in state (but does not yet hide files from the manifest).
