both fixed (I hope; both my machines here are on 1.30.2 still).

nope. it's just that you don't have oxygene's key in your database. I've 
clarified this warning to make a distinction between bad and unknown 
signatures, and made it clear that the warning is *ignoring* the 
unknown/bad state as well. hopefully that will be less alarming.
