[Monotone-debian] monotone URIs

I've just been getting 0.48 ready and I've realised that I don't seem to
be able to work out how to pull anything from monotone.ca anymore. I
think the mtn:// URIs are broken until 0.48.1 as 0.48 gives me:

$ mtn pull -d argh.db
'mtn://code.monotone.ca/debian-mtn?org.debian.monotone*'
mtn: connecting to mtn://code.monotone.ca/debian-mtn?org.debian.monotone*
mtn: network error: service name resolution failed for: mtn

and all the old syntax always gives me uninformative errors about
warnings from usher. Can someone please prove me wrong?
