[Monotone-debian] Re: [Monotone-i18n] Re: [Monotone-devel] Time for a release

Unpack the release tarball, 'mtn clone -r h:org.debian.monotone
monotone.ca org.debian.monotone debian' at the top level, make
whatever changes are necessary for the new release, dpkg-buildpackage
-i.  More details in debian/README.source.  Make sure to run lintian
against the .changes file.  Lemme know if you get stuck ;-)
