ChangeLog: 

* Don't cache dependencies, but dependents, for depth first search.
* Fixed the cvs_event_tag, it now also adds the to the dependents.
* Corrected the get_dependents() function (unique didn't work as
  expected, needs more thought, because finding in the vector is
  expensive).
* Corrected the depth first search algorithm.
