 * std_hooks.lua : Add two new functions: 
    execute_redirected() is to execute() what spawn_redirected() is to spawn().
    mergers.fail is a new merger that always fails.  As monotone can do
    clean merges itself, the result is a system that only succeeds for clean
    merges.
