hello all,
how do i monitor a specific space? say i have

/dev/mapper/vg_cchcgl250voip-lv_root
                        53G   3.5G    47G   7% /
tmpfs                   12G      0    12G   0% /dev/shm
/dev/sda1              508M    89M   393M  19% /boot
/dev/mapper/vg_cchcgl250voip-lv_home
                       1.9T    28G   1.8T   2% /home

say i wanted to monitor /dev/mapper/vg_cchcgl250voip-lv_home??

check filesystem homespace with path /home
if space usage > 80% then alert

is this right? also i dont fully understand the condition > 80% ...does this apply to the whole disk?

thanks
