Will this method still keep the dependency link between the files intact? What is the difference if using from EPEL using the yum method and getting from source and building it? Is this the link http://mmonit.com/monit/download/ take the source code distribution right? Any good links on how to exactly install I saw some link says ./configure then make and lastly make install?

Dear All,--I got a new centos 6.2 box. So I read about monit and some suggest to get it from EPEL repository. So if I also read about upstart it makes sure it will respawn if monit goes down. So will the EPEL version will have those features of support with upstart? Thank you.
