[monit] Re: dependancies failure

ok, some corrections:

This was an rpm built on fc8 so no surprise that it didn't install on
fc10, however there seem to be some errors

README.DEVELOPER:   4. To build a new release run the make_dist
script. This will  (make_dist does not exist)
