In what format are the "file_hashes" in files.ini stored? are they
base64'd md5 or md4 checksums or something? Thought it was md5 but there
are strange 'R', 'Z' and shit in them...
I need to know that because I need to figure which ~4mb files in a
precious but dead 25GB download are broken so I can delete them and
"finish" the download...
