Details:

Use ./configure --enable-force-ocaml to force MLDonkey to compile Ocaml,
regardless if the system has Ocaml already installed or not.
Use --enable-ocamlver=VER to specify the Ocaml version.
You can even use a different version of Ocaml in MLDonkey than the
one installed on the system.
VER=CVS does a CVS checkout of Ocaml HEAD.
