I think that automatic assigned upload slots could be very useful,
especially to users with dynamically assigned and/or large bandwith - my
upload varies between 20kb/s and 100kb/s.
Many users cannot handle more than 10kb/s, so 10 slots is too small to fully
use my 80kb/s average upload rate...
