yes, strange i think so. i set my max_opend_connections = 100;
and max_clients_per_second = 5; you can test your max connections with:
http://www.speedsuite.net/speedsuite/TestSuite/TestController.asp?
this site tells me that i can max ~240 conn/min. so i set to 100.
you can look at emule's 'connection-assistent'. emule set for my 
dsl-line connections to 50. so what can i do?
i set max_upload_slots = 5; but mld set it to 10 again and again.
so 'uploaders' told me i have: Total number of uploaders : 12
please tell me, how can i find the best settings.
