[Mldonkey-users] 2.02_7 peer infos in console

Could anyone explain some of the columns 2.02_7 spits out in the console 
window?

For example in

What does bw, 190/489, 0/1 and reqs C (and others like CCC or C+) mean?

PS: And yes, although it's very intersting to get all the info, how do I shut 
the chatty bastard up again? :)
