You are sure on this part? I could imagine lawyers saying "you should
know". I guess there is over 99% copyrighted material in the net. 

And I really don't want for sure share a specific type of this

Perhaps I used the word "lead role" in a wrong. It really sounds
offending, it's due to my unableness(sp?) to express myself in english
too well. (wow what a sentence and it sounds even worse ;)

I meant mldonkey started the last fighting acts between emule and
mldonkey. I don't know if you are still "responsible" for all
modifications, but I meant the client not the person mldonkey.
