[Mldonkey-users] How to find out which options/commands are new?

Hello,

is there any way to find out which options or commands are new or changed
in a new CVS or pango version?
How about adding a file like "new-commands-and-options" (I am sure
there is a better name :-) which is placed in the CVS and added to
pango-latest with a history of new commands and options (like a
changelog) and possibly a small description of what they do?
