Details:

When I use edonkey and bittorrent netoworl together bittorrent use all upload
slots (5 in my actual configuration) and all edonkey uploads become queued.



This is a tipical behaviour:

1) Only edonkey network is enabled (downloads and uploads are present)

2) enable bittorrent network and start a bittorrent download

3) at this time the number of upload slots used become greater than the max
present in the configuration (5 in my case) 5 used by edonkey and other 5
used by bittorrent

4) after some time mldonkey close edonkey's slots and remains only the 5
bittorrent's slots
