Summary:  unfinished downloads problems

Original Submission:  after stop and start again mlnet, unfinished downloads 
are crazy... example: remains 10% to finish a download, after stop mlnet, the 
next time I start it the donwload show that remains 30% e download again the 
part it just downloaded... it dispensive of net band... sorry the poor 
english...

Do you have the same behaviour with 2-5-16? 2-5-18 is experimental.
