Based on the absence of HAVE_FENV_T and HAVE_FEXCEPT_T in
microcode/config.h, I'm wondering if these *ever* get defined on
any system.
Make sure your microcode/config.h.in is up-to-date by running Setup.sh
in the microcode/ directory. They do get defined, e.g. on GNU/Linux.
But you'll probably run into another problem later in the build.
