Building MXE make MXE_TARGETS='x86_64-w64-mingw32.static' fails |

Greetings,
I have started a MXE build from a brand new mxe directory populated with the git
clone command.
I start the build with
make MXE_TARGETS='x86_64-w64-mingw32.static'
and, after lots of successful compilations the build fails.
Oddly enough, the error message states that -I<include_dir> does not exist,
while, in fact, that <include_dir> exits with that exact same full pathname.
I have checked the permissions, and nothing looks like it is impeaching the
system from accessing that directory.
Has anybody encountered that same build error ?
Thank you for your kind attention.
Sincerely,
Filippo Rusconi
