Hi Ramon,

Welcome. You didn't mention which version of MXE you are using. I recommend 
using the "development" version (i.e., master branch) since the stable branch 
is pretty outdated. For what it's worth, the master branch currently has gsoap 
2.8.15 which is known to build successfully and hasn't had any reported 
problems here.

We need more information to figure out what's going wrong. If you could look 
near the end of <mxedir>/log/gsoap, it might be obvious. Otherwise, please 
send the whole file (compressed).

Also, it's best to avoid sending HTML messages to the list if you can.
