According to https://github.com/blog/1302-goodbye-uploads, this will continue
to be supported.

So it seems. I see the pull requests in the newsfeed (I'm watching mxe/mxe),
but the link 404s. Also, GitHub says "3 open requests", but then only lists one
(the newest, not by residuum).
