To be consistent with the other packages, "gta" would be
better indeed.

However, maybe it's time to rethink the naming scheme and
to establish a new, more intuitive one. Of course, this would
mean having to rename all existing packages. So _if_ we change
the naming scheme, it should be a really good one, and we'll
never change it again.

For instance, making everything lowercase and removing "_"
and "-" in the name would be sensible changes, too. Also,
prefixing all libraries with "lib" would make sense. I'm
open to any consistent proposal in that regard.

However, until we engage in such a change, let's stick
to the current scheme, which means naming the package "gta"
in this case.
