The list allows attachments as long as those aren't too large.
So when in doubt, compress your attachments. This is especially
important for log files in bugreports.

I recommend to contribute a short test program in addition
to t4k_common, which will serve mostly as a linker test, as
explained in section 6 of our "Guidelines for Creating Packages":
