Thanks. There was indeed a change that broke static linking to QtSvg. It most likely affected both release and debug builds.

The development repo now has a "cherry-picked" fix:

Please let us know if it works.

By the way, I'm curious about how you are using debug libraries you build with mingw-cross-env.
