So I applied the upgrade-packages-r2.export patch, is that the same? Glib is failing with that patch on OSX and Ubuntu at roughly the same point (Ubuntu gets about 3-4 lines further), with the same message: configure: error: *** You must have either have gettext support in your C library, or use the *** GNU gettext library. (http://www.gnu.org/software/gettext/gettext.html log attached. I'll try fresh checkouts and see what happens.
Hi Tony,If the problem persists, you might want to take a look at "glib-2-optional-gettext.patch" that was removed because it seemed to be already applied and unnecessary.
