On OSX, the gst-plugins-base build fails with X11 unable to be found.
Configuring without X succeeds, and is probably the "right thing".


It builds find for me too.
Has anyone actually built a working application with mingw-cross-env using gstreamer plugins yet? Apparently some changes have to be made to application code to use statically built gst plugins.
