Sorry about the self-reply, but I wanted to add the list of exe and dll
files get "installed" under "usr" as of today. Most are part of nsis.
The others are "openssl.exe", "Libidn.dll" and of course "mingwm10.dll".
# find usr -name "*.exe"
# find usr -name "*.dll"
