Hi everyone.

I've just added a bunch of basic files to the CVS. Please take a look at
the directories structure and yell if you need something else. Please
don't create new directories yourself on the CVS. As removing
directories from the CVS is annoying, I'd like that everyone who wants
to create a directory posts a message in this list _before commiting_ in
order to make sure that everybody feels ok with it. If nobody complains
for 48h, then you can commit.
All projects members are invited to:
- -> Upload their public ssh keys on savannah as explained here:
http://savannah.nongnu.org/account/editsshkeys.php
- -> Check the AUTHORS file and add informations which are not in this
file (homepage, etc.).
- -> Complete the TODO file if necessary. I've created one single TODO
file for the whole project. I think this better since it enables to have
a quick overview of what needs to be done (no need to look inside dirs).
