Bug confirmed. For both Administrative (http://dev.maposmatic.org/jobs/166)
and bbox jobs (http://dev.maposmatic.org/jobs/165).

A direct call to ocitysmap (through ocitysmap-render) works so the bug is
between maposmatic and ocitysmap.
