Documented limitation in the current implementation.

How much do people want extended behavior? Perhaps we could make \10 give
a warning in m4 1.6 that syntax will be changing, so that in m4 2.0 it
gives the tenth () rather than the first () followed by literal 0. But
that would still be quite a wait.
