I see.  So you want to type in visual order and get a logical order
sequence (and is displayed correctly in visual order).

Yes, the mim file can control the character sequence to send to the IM
framework such as ibus.  But, it requires a log of programming.
In addition, you also have to consider the situation of inserting a
character within a devanagari sequence, or deleting a character.

For instance, provided that you type "अ"+"ज"+"र्", and the input
method correctly produces अर्ज, what do you want to get when you type
BS (Backspace) after that?  Isn't it something like अज?  Please imagine
what you have to do to get sucn a result.
