to clarify:

        a) I added the missing alphatoc.html and cattoc.html to the
           release/breakout directory.
        b) I did not modify the "index.html" for that directory, since
           those files are not part of the release (their placement in
           that directory is merely a convenience).
        c) I noticed a comment about "current/breakout", but since the
           sources do not refer to that, and no one followed up on my
           comment last fall, I will not generate one for each patch.

Since no source-changes are needed, this bug can be closed.
