Have you tried it on the Ny times mobile site?
Interesting that ssl would  be dated in  his project though.
Laughing at the old computing idea too.
 Old is I dare say a matter of definition.

Juan's version has one bug I have found: Links on do not seem
to work on his version.  (I have no idea: not escaping the # character

that only support newer ssl.

Which lynx edition is he using, surely at least 2.8 or so?

I believe that Lynx on DOS is an under served use case.  Huge Linux fan,
but sometimes I don't want to wait for it to boot.  All you need is a

It's kind of a pain to get all the modules & CA cert, but SSL
Kaufman's port is great, but lacks current SSL.
I use a small enet/wireless usb bridge.  I can boot & get the
faster on my twenty year old laptop than my two year old chromebook.
