Dear Gurus,  

Could you please help me with using java-applet web-site under Lynx?  

I have a website that shows a small box with "Login" and "Password" input 
fields in graphical browsers but lynx doesn't show anything (no message, no 
input fields, no input text accepted). The html file content is given below.  

Could you please kindly advise what to do to get lynx working with it?
