I saw that, but left the idea because of (in HTalert.c):
#ifdef HAVE_NAPMS
#define LYSleep(n) napms(n)
#else
Shouldn't that be
#define LYSleep(n) napms(1000*(n))
Besides S-Lang on Win32 (and possible others) doesn't have
napms().
