[Lynx-dev] runing php scripts on Lynx

I've writre a script paga on php that read values on Data base and store them on local file. After execution of this script  i will run a routine to send this file for mail.
I need to add this function on crontab but on write my shell script i have dificult to close lynx automatic after the ent of load the page.

How i could do this ???
