Hello all,

I've got problems to display either encoding of the japanese
pages at Hubert Feyrer's site: ->      * [4]English <-> Japanese Dictionary, al[...]

The version I'm using is lynx-2.8.6dev.2 with the following options:
CFARGS=         --libdir=/etc --prefix=/usr --with-ssl=/usr --with-zlib \
                --enable-addrlist-page --enable-charset-choice \
                --enable-color-style --enable-default-colors \
                --disable-full-paths --enable-ipv6 --enable-justify-elts \
                --enable-internal-links --enable-kbd-layout \
                --enable-nested-tables --disable-nls --enable-nsl-fork \
                --with-screen=ncurses --disable-scrollbar --enable-cjk \
                --enable-underlines --enable-vertrace --without-bzlib

I hope I didn't miss anything - other sites come up proper (except
for broken alignment), such as

That's all in an uxterm from XFree86 4.4.0, with assume display
character set = utf-8.
