No. That is the problem. All the other temporary pages have a URL to proceed. The final one is a dead end.

to  let the user know what is happening. This works fine in Lynx all the
way  through the process until the credit card page. The final submit
returns  the temporary page but never receives a final page, and the
registration  does not go through.
