It's interesting that in i.e. it shows correctly (http://www.biol.s.u-tokyo.
ac.jp/users/sonoike/fluo.htm#６．５) but in Mozilla it appears
(http://www.biol.s.u-tokyo.ac.jp/users/sonoike/fluo.htm#%82U%81D%82T)

I trust Mozilla and wonder if this representation is based on standards?
Therefore perhaps lynx is doing the correct thing?

Interesting reading, by the way, although the Kanji is way advanced for me
:)
