lynx-dev Site no longer works with Lynx and ELinks

http://www.forumgdh.net/ no longer works with Lynx 2.8.5dev.12
and ELinks 0.4.0. It displays garbage. It works with w3m
0.3.2.1. I tested all on Cygwin.

I'll contact the webmaster because I have ~1000 posts and won't
use any GUI browser to post on it.
