this is after typing p on the document
                                                               Printing Options

 Printing Options (Lynx Version 2.8.3rel.1)

Number of lines: 2

Notice the @ in the query string ....
This is a after typing the email in an html text box
lynx should have escaped it ... same happens when the Method is Post ..
This is not raw html typed in the URL ... it is throuh a proper html form

Actually i am writing a CGI library and havent found an exact specification
of how Browser manipulate Post Data .. Do the same Rules That apply to URI
apply to Post Data ... Please Please lemme know of some resources
Right now i am applying the following rules on any

Any character in GET qs and the POST qs should be
char = unreserved URI chars|%|+|=

unreserverd URI = alphanum | mark
mark        = "-" | "_" | "." | "!" | "~" | "*" | "'" | "(" | ")"

Please lemme know if i am right in interpreting the above rule
for GET and POST query string. Please
